ACT for Education – Dive Into a Process-Based Tool to Help Students Learn to Be Flexible, Safe, and Engaged in Learning
This project is lead by Phil Tenaglia who works with children and youth. It centers around using the so-called ACT-Matrix as a tool to develop psychological flexibility in humans of all ages.
We have integrated the ACT Matrix as a thinking tool in our design concept, where we call it the Noticing Tool.
The Noticing Tool helps us be aware of and interpret our experiences and behaviors in the present and to orient our behaviors towards valued living.
